New Zealand Girls will not pay for any damage resulting from your use of NZGirls. New Zealand Girls gives no warranties, express or implied, about the Content or any advertisements. All warranties about the Content and advertisements that may be implied by law are expressly disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of New Zealand. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

Payments for the Members Lounge on your credit card statement will show your transaction as "NZ Traders" For international credit card transactions, the price advertised might not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations. This means that because we are based in New Zealand we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand Dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed.
All information provided to NZGirls by users, members and advertisers is used solely for the intended purpose and will not be distributed for free, sold or rented out to third parties without permission from the user, member or advertiser. We value each and every one of our users and advertisers and their privacy.
Advertisers:
New Zealand Girls reserves the right to refuse any advertiser or advertisement.
In consideration of New Zealand Girls allowing you to advertise you and your services on NZGirls and/or any associated websites, you hereby assign to New Zealand Girls all of your rights, title and interest in and to copyright in any Content supplied or provided by you or New Zealand Girls for the purposes of promoting you and your services on NZGirls and/or any associated websites. You understand and agree that any Content supplied or provided by you or New Zealand Girls for the purpose of promoting you and your services on NZGirls and/or any associated websites can only be used exclusively on NZGirls or any associated websites.
You, the advertiser, understand and agree that New Zealand Girls is the owner of copyright in any photographs or videos taken of you by any photographers employed, engaged or commissioned by New Zealand Girls for the purpose of promoting you and your services on NZGirls and that those photographs and videos can only be used exclusively on NZGirls and/or any associated websites.
You acknowledge that New Zealand Girls reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to NZGirls and any associated websites, and/or suspend or remove any of your advertisements at anytime and for any reason, without notice and compensation or recourse. You agree that if you breach these terms and conditions, New Zealand Girls or its nominee may pursue any other legal actions or remedies available to it against you. You also agree that if New Zealand Girls or its nominee terminates or suspends your access to NZGirls and/or any associated websites, and/or suspends or removes any of your advertisements, you will not use, publish or copy any Content relating to you or your services, except as otherwise agreed by NZGirls in writing.
You acknowledge that if you request, New Zealand Girls will remove any Content relating to you and your services from NZGirls and/or any associated websites within 8 hours, and that such Content cannot be given to a third party by New Zealand Girls without your permission.
